Yup, that's correct. Probably an earlier version of the BSM coveralls. VERY nice colors and in great condition. It's difficult to find this variant in such condition.
If you are lucky you might find an date stamp somewhere inside.
On a scarcity class of 1 to 5 with 5 being "collectible examples number in the single digits", I would rate this a 2, they can be found with minor effort.
