    this is one of the systems i service at work and ive long wondered if the pattern was actually a genuine one, to be honest i think its just a civi pattern from the manufacturer but i have very limited knowledge when it comes to patterns? so what do we think?

    That's a pretty routine US M81 Woodland type pattern.  It is one of the most widely copied commercial and military use patterns out there.
