It's either Soviet or Russian, most likely Soviet by the look of the colors. The ink stamps are hopefully readable and there is always a date on them. Look in the lower right corner of the stamp for what looks to be a date. If it isn't Soviet then it's most likely early 1990s Russian.

Beautiful winter pilot's set in what appears to be new condition! Nice find.
It's either late 1980 or early 1990s. The camouflage version of this uniform was officially adopted by the Soviets in 1984.
