Picked this up last weekend. Most complete one I've had. Came with a battered 45th Div patch, 2 years overseas bars, 2 pair SSgt stripes, and 3 un-used 9th Div patches wrapped in tissue paper as well as buttons, needles, pins, and scissors.

These are getting harder to find each year - a lot of reenactors buy them to use the buttons on reproduction uniforms. Very nice sewing kit!
