Re: Body Armour/Flak Vest.
After serious consideration, this can go if anybody is interested.
Bought out of curiosity, dont collect East German stuff and started a Body Armour collection but that could possibly go as well as just taking up too much space.

Still debating as to keep this or not as veered down the slippery slope of starting to collect body armour from various countries and while I love them, like helmets, just take up too much space that I dont have.

Heh... I've been waiting 7 years for you to decide to send the vest my way. Looks like I'm going to have to wait a little longer
I'd love to see the pics of the helmet, so fingers crossed on my end as well.

Re: Body Armour/Flak Vest.
Sorry Steve, was going to get rid and if in the UK,would have done so straight away but to be honest, didnt fancy the risk of sending such a heavy item to the US even though in all fairness,I know you would have covered all costs involved so it has just sat gathering dust all these years when bang, out of the blue,a helmet appeared randomly on Ebay UK the other day,put a bid in not expecting to win,and dont really have the cash to blow but lo and behold I won so food rationing for a week I so I guess.
