    Sadly, there's a lot of great kit out there not going into service because of money. Well, I say "sadly" from a collector's standpoint. From a taxpayer's standpoint, flashy new uniforms should not be a top spending priority.

    For UN-missions like UNIFIL maybe...Sure, a desert camo should not be the priority of the serbian armed forces.They have bigger problems.
