It's not staybright graham , I've seen these cap badges being worn by some Rupert's . Don't know if they where issue maybe private purchase. ? Nice find though !

I had hoped it was a Ruperts hall marked silver or silver plated badge but im not that lucky I think its nickle might be a PRI badge. But for a fiver im not complaining
