The penality is quite severe, but the bad guys don't be afraid of that penality just three years or above imprisonment. They can "reward" as million of dollars. Why not.
First Pic and Second pic The marking is obscure not clear, probably not the true copy . The true ones should be same as the above pics indicated. 3507 is PLA Factory where mostly manufacturing the textile clothing for PLA .2006 is production year. ZB Means in English Army Equips.
Third one is 3520 marking chop. If PLA coats BDUs with this marking, is counterfeit copy stuff. Because this factory is specializing in shoe, sandals making, they never make any clothes indeed. PLA factories in certain extent are exercising the division of labour and production. Only some very big factories are mis. production all kinds of products. Like factories 3521,3502,3503 etc.
