    Okay....the 1* logo means "Only-One-Ass to Risk". Seems it is a inside joke within the Police, Military, Fire Dept. types. I think it is hilarious myself. Still no ID on the front logo. Someone mentioned that it could be a generic type badge. If you can shed some light on this....feel free to do so!
