The only thing I can think of is Jordanian "special forces" reversible jacket.

Yup, that's the Jordanian one for sure. The liner is probably identical to the US type used in M65 style coats, or if it is long then the type used for the US night camo coats. It should be easy to get if you know what size to look for.
