Standard issue. There's tons of these out there and every one I've personally come upon is unissued. This pattern was a bit of a screwup in that they made tons of items and abandoned the uniform before it was issued to more than a few units.

The rucksack is original but looks like the US inking is commercially added later on. These were also made in wz93 Puma pattern. They are good rucksacks for fishing tackle...
