I picked up these two OG-107 tops last year. The one missing the name tape has had the Combat Medic Badge altered with yellow thread highlighting the wings on the upper portion of the badge.
First one is an early OG107. Looking at the pockets I would say a second type, 1960s . Looks like it could be a private purchase blouse used in garrison.
The tropical coat without a nametag is a rare non ripstop 2nd type ( 1st type has concealed pocket buttons) with great theater made insignia.
Is the 1st one poplin? I've had a few of them over the years. All made like a type 2 utility, most I've had were made by BVD. Love the 2nd pattern jungle. The theatre made insignia makes it especially nice!

Here's a 1st Pattern with exposed buttons Like Sal was talking about. This one also has all theatre-made patches except for the 173rd Airborne, which is an early cut-edge US produced type.
