This looks like a nice genuine one, alright - there are so many imitations out there. AND you have the "correct" MTP medical side pouch on the top!!! Nice touch and attention to detail.
The common tells are velcro patch on the lid, floating lid and lack of a quick release on the right shoulder strap: all these features are NOT on the genuine item.
I bought a genuine MTP one new for £160 - a GREAT price! Too pristine to use it so I have to buy another! But prices are crazy, even for the imitations. I figure that if I'm going to pay £120-£130 for a used one in MTP, it has to be genuine: imitations are well over-priced.
