    I have had this uniform for a few years now and it has a Brazilian Navy tape on it with what I believe is Army rank.  Is this a put together uniform or did I find the wrong information on line? I would also like to know what flash would go on the sleeve?  I also apologize for the bad photos.   Thanks!
