Where is this cammo from

Hi Guys can any one ID  this 4 colour DDPM on this pair of slipons at first i thought it was the 4 colour DDPM that the UK sold to Iraqis in the early 80s but I think the colours are not right for that, Im thinking its Middle Eastern tho any ideas. TIA Graham

Colors look to be pretty much spot on for Bahrain, but can't remember if other countries are (or have) used the same coloration.

Thanks Guys I have acquired a few pairs of those slip on's and will be looking to move a couple of them on when I know where they are from and have an idea of price.
