    I would say it is Indian. The weave of the canvas and the fonts used in the stamp are typical of Indian-made 37 pattern web.

    I have found quite a few pieces of Indian web in the stocks of Belgian and Dutch surplus shops - a bunch it must have ended up in NW Europe.
