US Army badging needs

I would love to finish reconstructing my US Army Woodland air crew uniform. For this I need the following:

1. full color US flag for right shoulder
2. subdued 3rd Infantry Division badge for right shoulder
3. some grade of subdued Army air wings for over left breast pocket

I need these to be in obviously used, but not extremely faded/worn, condition to match the rest of the badging.

I have a US flag used during the 80s but it has velcro on the back would that be a problem?

I have lots of spare reversed color flags...
