Portuguese? vertical lizard, VERY GREEN!

bro picked these up for me at Value Village since he knows I like odd camos....lol
the interestin thing is there are no ink stamps ANYWHERE i could find...and all have same brown disc buttons; with same X stitching on them...same thread on all of the stitching I could see...quite DIFFERENT leg sizes....the store didnt have a 2nd jacket according to my brother...so what did he get for me, Portuguese vertical lizard uniform pieces?
