English it isnt, know that as a fact but thanks for the suggestion.
The yoke/harness looks like a copy of the British 58Patt and the belt also look similar to 58Patt but definitely not British.

Re: SADF Webbing??
I think it's the 1964 pattern SADF webbing - also used to some extent by Rhodesian security forces.

Re: SADF Webbing??
Some nice South African 61 / 64 webbing components
Here is a set of webbing that was used in the Rhodesian bush war during the mid to late 70's, it was put togeher by its origonal owner and he used to wear a localy made 5 cell rhodesian chest rig ( the one I have shown is a repro to show what the guy was carring is ammo in) which meant he was carrying a total of 10 x 20 rnd mags 9 in his webbing and 1 on his rifle
The belt and yoke are Rhodesian Pattern 69
The kidney pouches are South African Pattern 61/64
The magazine pouches are South African pattern 70
The water bottle and carrier are French
The second water bottle carrier is a copy of a British 44 patern one i dont know wher it was made
and the bayonet is a Belgian FN FAL bayonet
I hope you like it
