MK6 Helmet Covers.

Bought blind,no pics etc just a bundle of 14 DDPM MK6 covers.

Arrived today and consist of the following-any good?

6 x SL34b by Jeltek Weathergard LTD

6 x SL34b by Dashmore Clothing LTD

1 x DC2 CESL/3128

1 x OC2A/1614

Job lot eh....nice touch and interesting list...'like the ol' Lucky Dips of days of yor (whatever that means)

so...whats the plan here then?...are we posting pics of all the variants or are we pulling together some kind of guide for other folk ie makers, dates, distinguishing features?....or both (I hope!)...I still cant figure out how to post pics (I've got that experimental Gotex jobby) and I'm sure I can rustle-up some covers..presumably we're just doing Desert here right?

A proper guide of either all the different MK6 covers-DPM,DDPM,DAYGLOW Range,UN,Snow,Navy etc or individual guides would be useful with contract numbers and how to date them,variants etc.

I cannot post pics at present due to camera/PC Issues.

OK..so how about an xls-approach......Pattern, Contract No., Maker, Date.....there's gonna be gaps but that should be simple enough......is it possible to share an xls in this place?..and if so...how?

I've just photographed what I have to hand......excluding MTP (but I don't know why!).....'spose we ought to include MTP...'just dont know what to do with pics!!!

The Jeltek ones - likely to be GW1. Are they SL34b/0094?

The Dashmore ones - GW1 if 0069, later if 0504.

The others - later, probably c. 2000.

Gone over and over your list but still in my thick head cannot make sense of it.

Jeltek Ones are all CB/SL34b/0094

Dashmore ones are a mix of 0069 and 0504

If anybody fancies any of the Desert covers please get in touch as do not need them all.
