French 50s Bush Hat.

Nice condition apart from 1 part of the pop stud missing(anybody know please where if possible i could find a correct type replacement?).

I think the French sold all of em to Israel as I had an indochina period dated one with the ever present Israel characters on the brim.

I did throw it in the washing machine when i got it with a load of vanish as it was very grubby and i kind of hoped the Israeli inkstamps would come off in the wash but no such luck.

Now im glad as it goes well with my Israeli stamped TAP smock.

Just wish i could get that pop stud repaired.

you might find a pop stud off an old civillian jacket that might fit, and touch it up with tan paint
