Re: CG634 Helmet+2 Covers.
Cheers Gary, another weird buy in that it doesnt fit into any of my collecting categories other than its a helmet!!!
Do not know what comes over me sometimes regarding some of the stuff i buy,i think sometimes its intrigue in that i love to handle, compare, examine stuff i havent had or seen before against other similar items of other countries i already have.
9 times out of 10 after a short while i get fed up with them then try to move them on

Size wise i was quite surprised at how big it is for a small
Didnt buy it to wear but i always like trying them on-im a size 58 which equates to a med/large and at a push can get the helmet to fit so a LARGE would be pretty big i should think.

Can anybody in the know tell me please what the legal situation/issues would be if I was to list this for sale on Ebay Worldwide?

Re: CG634 Helmet+2 Covers.
Hi Gulf
I shouldn't list it for sale in Canada as it could get confiscated by Canadian customs as it is a current issue item and you and the buyer could loose out.

Re: CG634 Helmet+2 Covers.
eBay might yank your listing and give you a warning to not try it again. That's what happened to me last time I listed some CADPAT stuff. But it's totally hit or miss, as there are CADPAT items for sale that aren't yanked.
For whatever reason the helmet covers aren't an issue. I've seen them at a shop that was raided by Canadian Military Police (Quebec City) and they took everything but the covers. The shop has had them out in the open for about 10+ years now and so obviously there's a steady supply.
I've sold a lot of CADPAT stuff into Canada. Yup, if Customs opens it up, and isn't dumb as rocks, they'll confiscate it. Not my problem as a seller.

Re: CG634 Helmet+2 Covers.
I've been considering selling my CG634 Helmet and Cadpat cover, I'm in Canada there wouldn't be a problem with Canada Customs unless I'm bringing on in would there?
