That's an interesting piece, because while it was also made in Egypt (Misr), the colour scheme is different from regular issue uniforms and so is the cut. Yours is likely one of the uniforms exported to aligned paramilitaries in the PLO/Lebanon, that also somehow made it to Southern Africa to the extent the Recces decided to produce their own copy.

Found these a few months ago.  

First one is definitely Egyptian, the other maybe be also, or it could be Syrian.

First set is actually 2 different patterns.

 Blouse and trousers are obviously not the same pattern, but these were often issued this way.

Thanks G. Drought for years, and then all at once..

Switched  trousers from one set to the other.  Matches much better IMHO.
