Hi,
I have an almost identical jacket. I believe mine has a non working poacher type pouch on the back of the jacket.
I would probably consider trading it, but the wife has claimed it.
You have a real nice example of a customized combat jacket. Enjoy it.

I have also seen examples which had the bottom pockets removed completely and a waistband type feature (similar to the Brit Battledress or US 'Ike' jacket) added, also another which is similar to your example but with a band of elastication around the rear waist.
