    Hey Ed,

    Nice uniform you got.By the "stripe" t-shirt( maroon or orange color) I would say this is MIA trooper( MVD Vnootriniye voiska) or Ministry of Emergency Response( Ministerstvo Chierezvuchainih Situacih/MChS) Russia or exSoviet republics( Ukraina, Belarusia and etc.).Vitalis
