Beautiful VSR sets!

The winter flora uniform is very nice too. I have the newer issued digital version; very warm.

thanks Ben ... I am loving VSR's ... I'm currently looking for more in all sorts of different colorations ... the winter flora is a SPLAV made jacket, very sturdy and yes very warm indeed ... I was cleaning some stuff on my balcony the other day, so I was outside for an hour or so on the 6th floor with around -10 celcius and some good winds going on ... in other owrds one could say it was a little, well, chilly ... I put on that jacket and after about 15 minutes I was actually starting to sweat ... amazing

Nice stuff.

The 4-pocket VSR is the later VDV model I believe, unless it has an internal holster, and those collar tabs are very hard to find! As is the airborne patch without hammer and sickle on the 6-pocket uniform.

thanks koalorka ... yes you're right it is from 96 modell and it's without the inner holster ... the other one ( 6 pocket ) is from 1993 and I was literally hunting for such a patch for more than 5 years now ... I finally got one through a friend from an ex russian paratrooper who actually served with UNPROFOR in Bosnia ... Although arranged through a friend I spend a fortune on it but it is so worth it ...

Ah! One of the "what?!?" uniforms when Russia used other nations' patterns instead of their own. That's a nice one!

Thank you Steve. I am really happy about it. People here on the Forum are often saying "one can't get enough of the DPM pattern" and I think the same, only I am not so much into western uniform stuff, so getting this set pleasures me twice, something Russian and DPM.

Are you talking about me when you mean,, you can't have enough DPM,,?
