I like the way it faded. Do you know how many times it was washed ?

Re: Mylle's Austrian Stuff
I'm surprised it faded that much with so few washes. However, I do not think it degrades the camouflage quality at all. In fact, it might even improve it a bit for some situations.

Well, at least I had one Austrian item in my collection before you Congrats getting the desert rank. I don't think I have that. Far rarer than the uniform itself.

Awesome collection Alex! the Austrian stuff always seems to be of really high quality. Do you by chance have a source for the fleeces? been wanting to get one for a while now, but no succes.

Re: Mylle's Austrian Stuff
Any truth to the rumour that there is a new style of Combat trouser with removable kneepads in Tarananzug Neu already on issue and a Softshell type jacket on trial?

Re: Mylle's Austrian Stuff
There are several types of combat pants around. Sniper version (already being issued) and I think at least two types of combat pants (still experimental). There's also a sniper smock. A regular smock (Gefechtsjacke) and, yes, a softshell jacket should also come!
And btw it's just called "Tarnanzug", that's the official designation.
