Unknown WWII Armband US Vet Bring Back

Hello gents, I recently picked up a grouping to a WWII Vet grouping to a man that was with a US Tank Destroyer regiment and this was among his things. The colors look to be from Belgium but I am not sure. The vet wrote Sept. 8 1944 on the top and Harsin on the bottom of the leather patch sewn on the armband. I am very interested to find out what this armband might be. I though maybe a Belgium Secret Army, but the only armbands I have found from this group only have a lions head on the piece.
