Hey Bolty , you wouldent happen to know anyone who has or if you have one yourself, a Back support brace for the Alice pack? I cant seem to find anyone that has one since they are obsolete. Its a pain in the arse having it dig into my back all the time.

Cheers mate , I dont mind spending a little to get one. Although im a civilian I prefer Military equipment for outdoors use . I like ALICE packs because they can hold quite alot and are durable. Does the NZ Army still use some of the older issue ALICE Packs?

Cant seem to find an ALICE Pack backsupport anywhere and Im certainley not buying a complete new one the antiques shop in palmy charging an arm and a leg for some of the militaria , I inquired about a belt and harness he was selling, $120 for it I mean goodness me some people charge drediculuous prices for the Old DPM field gear now.
