What you have there is the 1st Model Czech Desert Camo. It is based on the vz85 pattern and was rushed into service in the mid 1990s. There was a couple of different badge configurations on the left arm. In fact, hold your sleeve up to the light and you might see signs of the older type having been removed! I have an example where you can see clearly where the original style (a sort of pointed shield type) was removed and the new type sewn over it.
Current Czech uniform is ripstop with different features and different colors, but the same camouflage pattern.
The boots look like standard issue. The double buckle top is a popular Central/Eastern European style.
As for Slovakian stuff... I recently got a temperate and a desert set, complete with boonies and temperate hat. Paid a premium for them, but after years of trying to get some I wasn't going to argue
Sportsmans Guide has the temperate field jackets for sale.
I'll try to post some pictures sometime soon.
