OK...I am curious as to whether The Netherlands is going to implement a digital pattern in the future? unless there is one already being used & I am just NOT aware of it!! Does anyone know what the story is on this?

Hi Steven,
At this moment the Dutch Army doesn't have a digital pattern. I am not sure if they are working on it.
I can only say that we don't have one. If I come across more info I'll post it here.

GOOD....it is about time that a country took a stand against the digital revolution.....lol
I am just not very fond of the digital stuff...at least yet.....like the ACU.....I hate that design....and in looking at some of the countries that have switched to digital patterns....I think that the "old" patterns are alot more pleasing to the eye....just my opinion...but THANKS for the info...

I've read an article about new uniforms and gear.
Our department of defence thinks that the current uniforms are not good enough anymore. We are getting new uniforms but it just takes a lot of time. In 2011 they are gonna introduce a so called 'Improved Operational Soldier System', which includes new uniforms and gear. If we really get new uniforms in 2 years is the question, it might take longer. But we'll see, atleast you know that we are working on it.

Heh... funny to see Steven so happy about a country retaining DPM and 3 Color desert (yawn 
).
With defense spending problems in Europe I expect everything that is planned for the near future will be delayed. Just a hunch!

YES..Steve....3 colour does get a bit boring after awhile & so does DPM....but with them..I can actually get ahold of the darn things.... 
All these funny digital patterns are still seemingly impossible to get ahold of...at least to me...I don't seem to have the correct connections
