I have never seen four colour dessie kit before! I obviously need to get out more (or not and spend more time googling images lol).

I think they look great but can I see a pic of the label or can you write up what it says?

What price did you pay out of interst as I struggled to get £25 when I sold one of my unissued ones ?

I'm getting them for free so mustn't grumble. Might trade them but no plans to sell them. Too specialist to get a rarity-based price for them.

Support workers are the hardest working individuals out there ...that's a fact.

Are local Authority or private sector?.

I reckon you can relate to this, but this collecting thing, is a very good release from a stressful day at work.

I know many social workers who are like those you mention hence why I decided to spend 18 months working in a children's home and now working with adults... Did six months adults with MLD and now doing adults with acquired brain injuries so I have that grounding!

As stated I did not want to hijack but so so so bored at work... Am supporting a young mans independance which basically involves making sure he turns the stove off when he is done cooking but if he is watching TV in his room all day that leaves me with very little to do hence why I signed up on this forum today!

I will let this thread return to it's four colour wonder now but I really can't get back to work Razz

Gary, are your hooded smocks the unwired gaberdine ones or the poly cotton ones with the wored hood ? It's not clear.

And i don't see a pair of gaberdine windproof trousers in your collection ....... same cut as arctics but in desert gaberdine.

I've got 2 of the 4-colour coming my way. Both are (i think) 170/96. Both are mint and both in the soft cotton and with official labels. At least one will be up for grabs Smile

I really don't know. Helo pilots don't need the shroud cutter knife that airplane aircrew do so it can't be that.

    Pencils ?
