I think mine were either blank or had this little arrow or something on it.
I doubt these hold any significance though, as I've seem pretty much any random type of this closure that is on KL stuff also on KM stuff.
There is 1 type though, that I have seen almost exclusively on KM gear, and that is the type that says FIX RG Cote a Soulever
